I'm Rachel — an educator, coach, and someone who has lived and worked across multiple countries over 15 years. I know what it's like to walk into a room and feel like the language isn't fully yours yet. I also know what happens when it finally clicks.
I built Speak-Ready Squad for professionals who are brilliant at what they do but want their English to match their expertise. I created the Teen Business program because I believe the best time to start building is before the world tells you to wait. And Cultural Explorers? That one found me. A homeschool community was looking for someone who had lived abroad and was also a trained teacher. I saw the post and thought: that's me, exactly. I created them a workshop, brought it into the school where I teach, and it became a weekly program that everyone started talking about. It wasn't planned. It was just a perfect match.
